1. How can I contact LujoSuave?

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. LujoSuave does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

4. How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

LujoSuave is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information for any delivery issues.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, LujoSuave ships only to the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before confirming.
